How to Make Muesli?

Muesli is a delicious and nutritious breakfast cereal that originated in Europe. It is made with raw oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and coconut flakes. Unlike granola, muesli does not contain any added oil or sugar, which makes it lower in calories and fat, but still very filling and satisfying. Muesli is also rich in fiber, protein, and antioxidants, and can help lower cholesterol levels.

Making muesli is very simple and quick. You just need to mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and store them in an airtight jar. You can customize your muesli with your favorite nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and coconut flakes. You can also add spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, or cardamom for extra flavor.

To serve muesli, you can pour some nut milk, soy milk, or oat milk over it and top it with fresh berries or fruit. You can also add a drizzle of honey or maple syrup if you like it sweeter. Muesli is a great make-ahead breakfast that you can enjoy for up to two weeks.
